Week 4 weigh in with Weight-away

Ok, I'm a bit torn.

This week I lost 1lb, and I am happy about it, it has been an exceptionally busy week.

But part of me is a little disappointed that it wasn't more. I am going to have to measure myself when I get home to see if I have lost any inches as that may have happened.

I am going to have a GOOD week this week. Yesterday I got the bike out and was pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed it again. So I may need to find a good balance now between healthy eating and exercise.

In four weeks I have lost 12lb with Weight-away.

Overall I am a very happy, healthy feeling bunny.

What do you think, am I wrong to be slightly disappointed or is that a natural reaction?

Let me know.

  1. Well done hun! A pound is still a great loss, I'm sure you realise that. But I fully understand your disappointment! I put a pound on this week! Completely traumatised me! But you know what, it motivates you even more for the upcoming week, if you want to lose weight enough, nothing will stop you. Xx keep going love :) xxx

  2. It's natural. One pound loss is in the right direction plus you ate slowly gaining mysle!! Yay.

  3. After big losses it's natural to be disappointed with smaller ones, but just remember it's still a loss and you've nearly lost a stone! That's amazing!

  4. Totally natural but incredibly normal. There'll maybe even be weeks you maintain but just keep momentum. Losing weight takes so much work and you've done so well! That first stone is just around the corner!! Xxx

  5. You can't lose more than 1-2lbs in a normal week. You've done great so far but you can't lose several pounds every week. It's just not possible to lose that amount of fat - even if you were to eat nothing for a week, you can't lose more than 3lbs fat in a week, and that is just not possible at all and other things happen to ensure that your body holds onto its fat and reduces metabolism.

    1. I have to disagree with that. I eat a ton of protein/carbs/treats on the plan I'm doing. And I average 4/5lbs each week and nope I'm not starving myself.
