Kim Kardashian, They Love to Hate Her
Now by no stretch of the imagination am I a fan of Kim Kardashian.
I don't care how stretchy your imagination is, she's up there with Rhi-Rhi and Miley "Im so fucking grown up" Cyrus in my, I do not give a rats arse what you are up to as long as you aren't sticking it in my face. list
(Some of you may like it stuck in your face. Me? Don't give a rat's ass)
But then Ms Kardashian posted this pic on Instagram.
In all fairness, if I looked like that, just a few weeks after birthing crotchfruit spawned with Kanye West, not only would I instagram it to ten million people, I would probably SnapChat it to every bitch I know.
What does Kim Kardashian get?
Does she get a oh you look good?
Does she fuck,
Comments include.
"You have a daughter, now set an example, U can be sexy, juss be a sexy mommy with some dignity"
"Classless"
"Setting an example for your daughter, I see. Put it away mommy"
So MANY of the comments are too filthy even for me. (Ok, not me, they are too filthy for you)
But the main point of them is, cover up Ho, you is a mummy now.
Oh for Christ's sake.
She's not naked riding a wrecking ball, she's not showing you her episiotomy scars, why the HELL should she put it all away now just because she is a mum?
Mums are sexy too. (You all made a vomit noise there, didn't you?)
No-one tells David Beckham to stop striding around in his pants because he is a father. (Never stop, David, Never stop) No comments have ever been to him, that's not a good example to your children, Mr Beckham. So what is with the double standards?
Is that fair that Kim Kardashian is told to put it away because she is a mother now?
Let me know your thoughts.

Hell if I looked like that not long after giving birth id be wearing that all the time, even to the supermarket
ReplyDeleteschool rrun would be interesting, thats for sure
DeleteI totally agree with you! I'm not a fan of hers whatsoever but if I looked that incredible after having a baby I'd be shouting if from the rooftops to everyone that would listen! The baby is only months old, it's not like an Instagram picture of her mum is going to profoundly damage her is it, people need to get a grip! Fab post!
ReplyDeleteSophs xx
She looks frackin amazing and being 6 months pregnant if I looked like that afterwards it would have it up all over the place. Damn good on her (as I eat more cake)
ReplyDeleteTotally agree! No way am I trading in my body cons for tea dresses now I'm a mum. Make the most of it while you can, that's what I say!

I wish I looked that good, my youngest is 7 and I ain't ever going to look like her
Deletei must say, i completely agree with this and i hate kim kardashian (hate's a strong word but you know) there shouldn't be a double standard with what men and women are allowed to do, and if nobody is judging beckham in his y-fronts then we sure as hell can't moan at kim in hers. women can be sexy and keep their dignity, just sayin'. great post/rant :)
ReplyDeleteThanks Cydney, Im judging Mr Beckham, and finding him fiiiiiiiiiine
DeleteShe makes me barf like too much deep throat at the best of times, and when I saw this photo earlier I was like 'Ugh, HOW narcissistic is she?!' but she's obviously put some work in and good on her (I say begrudgingly.) It seems to be popular opinion that once you've birthed a live 'un outta your cunny, you're no longer allowed to be hot. What the fuck ever. It's all a load of chauvinistic bollocks.
ReplyDeleteLikewise, I think she can wear as little as she likes for those who appreciate it, as long as I don't have to see it on every goddamn website I click on.
P.S. I think I can see her episiotomy scar, hahaha.
I love you
DeleteAgreed. If I looked like that, I'd walk through the supermarket wearing that, or less. Ha.
ReplyDeleteThat's how society has made it for us women.... we can't do fuck all once were a mum. Yet once again.... men get away with everything. Cocks.
ReplyDeleteTotally agree you don't stop being you just because you have become a mum, and yes if that was my bod it would be all over IG!!!!!
ReplyDeleteI am so unbelievably sick of society telling women what they can and can't wear, what is "appropriate" and what isn't. Back off and mind your own goddamn business is what I say!
ReplyDeleteExactly that. Ridiculous she is now being judged differently because she is a mother
DeleteIt's not fair that once you are a mum, society expect you to change whereas when you are a dad life goes on as usual.
ReplyDeleteI'm not a Kim fan, but if my ass looked like that I would be showing it off too. Now, time to start on some squats... ;)
ReplyDeleteMy only chance is lipo! If i squat, I may pee myself
DeleteAll the haters are clearly jealz of her incredible body! I must admit I wasn't a fan until I started watching her show (hoping to see Kanye) but now I'm a full on KimYe lover. She gets loads of bad press but she seems like a sweet girl.
ReplyDeleteTo all those ^ saying they HATE her...Really!? Geez. Have they met her or something? Us girls need to stick together. Celebrities are people too, regardless if they've had a sprog or not. There isn't any need for trolling. If you've got it...

FLAUNT IT
DeleteI don't particularly like the woman. The reactions to that photo are ridiculous though. Firstly, she isn't really showing anything you wouldn't see of she were wearing a swimming costume to the beach or pool. Never mind that, but isn't Madonna a mum? I don't remember anyone giving her stick because she is a mum for thrusting her crotch at the camera in her music videos or popping a boob out on tour.
ReplyDeletealways the way isn't it, so different for men and women too
DeleteI'm personally sick of the sight of Kim Cardassian (not a typo, Trekkies will get it). She's one of that breed of people that are famous for nothing. I don't find her attractive and I wouldn't be surprised if her looks and figure have had a little "help" along the way somewhere - she just looks a bit artificial to me.
ReplyDeleteHowever, I definitely agree with your post. Women don't stop being sexy just because they have spawned "crotchfruit" (beautiful term Kellie, gonna steal it), in the same way that boobs don't stop being attractive after they've had a child hanging from them. There is nothing wrong with taking a selfie in a swimsuit after having a child (well, it's no more wrong than it was before - depending on your opinion of selfies in general) and posting it online. She's obviously proud of her body and to be fair a lot of people would say she looks fantastic.
Marilynn, you make an excellent point about Madonna and likewise I agree that if it's OK for Beckham to pose in his Calvins, knowing that his kids will have to deal with the girls at school swooning over pics of their dad in magazines for years to come, then it should be OK for KK to pose in her swimsuit.
The fact that the likes of her and the creature known as "Snooki" are allowed to breed still makes me weep for the future of humanity though.
She does look fab...stunning infact.....mums need to look good, coz after all she's not just a mum...shes a daughter...partner..girl friend too. And u dont stop being u either, so don't be afraid to shine ★
ReplyDeletePersonally I can't stand the woman, but, she had a baby not a lobotomy ffs. She is still her she just has another title to add to her list (I'll be nice and say celeb)
