iSheep/Apple Whore

I admit it, I am an iSheep, an Apple Whore, call me what you will, (just call me) I freely admit that I give my money to Apple gladly.

Anyone who follows me on Twitter, (or DID follow me) will have seen that I watched the live streaming yesterday, and used some pretty bad words when the streaming was more glitchy than, well, something extremely glitchy and not very good.

All I could think as I constantly refreshed the page was, I DON'T CARE, JUST SELL ME IT ALREADY.

I want a new iPhone, that is a given. I have been holding off on an upgrade now since May and I am just waiting to make sure that O2 don't require my first born child in return before signing up for another two years. (just kidding, O2, you can have the kid)

But what I didn't expect was that I would want the watch. Oh how I want that watch.

What does it do? I hear you ask.

I DON'T KNOW, is my reply. Don't come to me for tech specs, go see Mashable or MacRumours for that kind of detail, all I know is that I heart it muchly and I must have it.

From a fashion point of view, (tries and fails to live up to my Big Fashionista name) I love how many different styles of straps there are. Definitely going to be seeing a LOT more straps coming on the market I think.

WILL the Apple Watch straps be the NEXT PHONE CASE as a must have accessory?

(Fashion stuff, CHECK)

As I said, I freely admit to being an Apple Whore, yes, there are other brands available, but I have bought into the religion of Apple, this post could be being written on a iPhone, my Mac Air or even my iPad mini, personally Apple works for me and gives me what I need before I even knew I needed it.

Holy SHIT,

APPLE IS MY DEALER!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So what about you?

Did you watch the live streaming, (well, as much of it as was possible) Are you also an Apple whore or do you buy your product elsewhere?

What do you think about the straps? Could they be next years big accessory? (insert question that inspires other fashionistas to leave a comment, CHECK)

Or did you feel underwhelmed by the whole thing? What did you want to see?

Let me know

  1. I sort of followed what was going on - how is one able to avoid it, with all of you crazies going bananas on Twitter?! Still, I unfollowed no one, let you all get crazy excited about the gadgets and mostly watch in awe... I have an Apple Mac Air, and i still have an ipod nano that I use every day. I also just inherited an iphone 4 from my boyfriend, which meant I carried my 3GS for waaaaay longer than any of you crazy Apple fans would dare to ;) I think it's all ok, if you're into the gadgets, do enjoy them, but I'm not fussed. i didn't like the U2 album release, the fact that it was already included in your library or your Cloud... Apple, I know what I like and what I don't, Bono's latest wankfest - no disrespect to U2 fans, it's just my own taste - I can do without, or download myself thank you very much ;)

  3. Hi there Kellie, O2 here :-)

We were watching Apples event yesterday and we share many similar feelings as you. We have so many phones for customers to choose from and we've had a busy week announcing new devices like the Sony Z3, Amazon Fire phone, Samsung Galaxy Note 4 and a few others. It's a great time for consumers, having so much choice and options available to them.

No doubt the iPhone will capture much attention and we can see why - the larger screen sizes are something fans have been asking for and it looks like Apple have delivered, so that's great news for everyone. And we agree with the Apple Watch - it looks stunning!

We don't yet have any tariff or pricing details but since you're so keen and interested, make sure to register here for updates as and when we get them > http://www.o2.co.uk/iphone

PS. No first born required but we would have raised him or her as one of our own. We would have called them "Mini-O2" ;-)

  4. Also an Apple whore, and damn it makes me so happy! Always on my iPhone, iPad or iMac (*strokes Apple products*)... I didn't think I'd be bothered about the watch either, but HOLY SHIT I NEED ONE!! The Milanese loop is so mine! And if I'm lucky it might be out for my birthday next year! I don't even own a watch but OMG I NEED THIS ONE!
    *cough*
Erm, so yeah... Apple fangirling has been happening pretty much for the last 25 hours and counting. Also? The 6 Plus 128GB in gold is gonna be mine one way or another.
I only need one kidney really, right? ;)
