Christmas can be the best of times and for some, it can be the worst. We all need a little help at Christmas, even if it is just someone to say you can do this. I share these numbers every year, and I will continue to do so every year, just to remind everyone. You Are Not Alone.

Much love this Christmas and New Year, See you in 2016.
I had the worst Christmas ever.. I was filled with the most negative, destructive thoughts. Last year, I expected to be alone at Christmas and I didn't mind. This year, I resented it and I was so angry at everything and everyone. I detested the holiday. I wanted to disappear.. now I feel better, kind of, but going through something like made me feel like I'm just a little bit more broken than I was before.

So sorry to hear that, Arianne. I have been there, and I know many people who have. All I can genuinely say is that it does get better.
